• Excerpt from Companies House with regard to shareholder
• UK notarial certificate about power of representation
• Copy passport of managing director
• Copy utilities bill of managing director

We did
• Drawing up a memorandum of associati­on in English/ German language
• Checking that the company name was admissible
• Having a German notary record the memorandum of association
• Assisting with the opening of a German bank account
• Assisting with the finding a registered address

New German company GmbH was entered into Commercial Register 5 days after notary did record memorandum of association.
